The owner and head cake decorator of Gateaux Campagna is Joseph Anthony Campagna, a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. It was after working under several other established cake decorators that Chef Campagna started Gateaux Campagna in hopes of adding his own special flare to the cake decorating world. For he knew from the moment he entered culinary school that cake decorating was his dream and thus all efforts, pursuits and training have been focused on this goal.
