About Gateaux Campagna

   At Gateaux Campagna we strive to bring the dreams and imaginations of our clients to life. We believe anything that a person can imagine can be translated into a cake using one of the many techniques that are available. Therefore, we believe strongly in having a close relationship with our customers in order to bring the cakes they imagine to life. Here at Gateaux Campagna we strive to make every order a masterpiece in its own, as a great deal of time, dedication and energy goes into ensuring that every order is perfect and that the customer is treated with as much respect and attention as possible.

   As for the actual techniques that are used at Gateaux Campagna we strive to utilize all possible techniques, even those that other businesses are afraid of due to their fragility and the level of skill that is needed to work with them. Thus, we are one of the few businesses that works in pulled and poured sugar which is considered the most beautiful and elegant of the decorating techniques. We also work in all of the other techniques such as marzipan, fondant, gumpaste or any other decoration style that you may desire.
